As a private, traditional members Surrey golf club, Surbiton is run by an elected Board together with Captain's, Green's and Ladies' Committees, who ensure it maintains its status as one of the best courses in Surrey. With a course set up for people who love playing competitive or simply social golf, it is ideally suited to welcome new members.
Surbiton has a long-term vision to ensure the Club and course continually improve. As a Master Greenkeeper, Andrew Kerr is one of the 79 highest qualified greenkeepers in the world, so you can always be assured that our course is in excellent condition.

CATEGORIES
Surbiton Golf Club offers a wide variety of membership categories to suit all ages and golfing ability. Full membership and an Intermediate category for those aged 18 to 34, both offer unlimited golf all year round. For youngsters we have a thriving Under 18 Junior section while for those learning to play, there is the Academy membership.
UNLIMITED GOLF
For those keen to enjoy all the golfing and social benefits of Surbiton Golf Club, we have our Unlimited Golf Membership in both the Ladies’ and Men’s sections. We offer this on a 7 day or 5 day (Monday to Friday) basis.
A one-off entrance fee is payable upon joining which is a symbol of a new member's commitment to the Club. In return, the Club commits to reinvest the fee in the course and clubhouse facilities, so you know that by joining you are contributing to an ever-improving playing environment.
18-34
GOLF
We are keen to attract members of all ages and to encourage our Junior members to stay with us when they become 18. We offer our Intermediate category for golfers aged 18–34.
Not only is the annual subscription lower than the Unlimited Golf subscription but the entrance fee is paid on a progressive basis each year with any balance becoming due at age 35, making joining more affordable.
JUNIOR
SECTION
Surbiton is a wonderful place to learn to play golf from a young age. Our thriving Junior section, under the tutelage of our team of Professionals, offers an early introduction to golf for individuals and families. Weekly roll ups, school holiday coaching camps and regular club competitions are just a small part of activities offered.
Our Junior Match Squads compete against a number of local clubs and some of our past juniors have gone on to compete in County, Regional, National and World Championships.
THE
ACADEMY
Academy membership, is designed for those still learning to play. It is the perfect way to progress to Unlimited Golf membership. Academy membership is available for up to one year, but fast improvers will be encouraged to upgrade to unlimited membership as soon as they are ready.
The subscription includes a number of lessons with our Professionals, use of the clubhouse, access to the Club’s practice facilities and access to the course at designated times (once our Professional has issued a certificate of competency).
